History

Founded in 2005, Multiven is the world's first network services firm focused on making all IP network infrastructure work better, irrespective of the underlying hardware, software & technologies.

Prior to Multiven, IP network maintenance services were delivered by individual equipment manufacturers in a fragmented, siloed and multi-tiered manner. As a result, the mean-time-to-competent-repair™ of network outages were prolonged. Multiven's direct-to-expert™ support model, multivendor capabilities and vendor-neutrality resolved these industry challenges.
